kathy fWelcome to Davis Elementary School Web Page. We hope that you find all the information that you seek.

We appreciate all you do to support our school and your students.

Volunteers: to keep our students safe, all volunteers are required to be fingerprinted and have a background check.  This is FREE to all volunteers.  The new LiveScan fingerprint machine has been installed and District office staff will be available to fingerprint on Tuesdays from 2:30 until 4:30 PM, on Thursdays from 8:30 until 10:30 AM, and at other times by appointment only.   If you need to schedule an appointment to be fingerprinted, please contact the District Office 435-781-3100. 

Come visit our school

When you come to our school, please check into the office and get a visitors pass.
That way everyone will know you are an official visitor.

Ideas for Parents to help their students

  1. Read to and with your child every day.
  2. Check homework every night.
  3. Discuss your child’s progress with the teacher.
  4. Vote in school board elections.
  5. Help your school to set challenging academic standards
  6. Limit TV viewing on school nights.
  7. Become an advocate for better education in your community and state.
  8. It can be as simple as asking your child, “How was school today?” and then talk about it.
